Line history matters: the 2020 Meta 33-inch was decertified by NCAA/NFHS effective Feb 21, 2020 (WSU notice). That was a different model year and one length — the 2026 Meta is a current certified model. Check the year and length on any used Meta before buying.

What the panel is really saying

Single-source (NPM 7.6) — and batch-2 mining checked Bat Digest three ways: its Best BBCOR list has no 2026 Meta score, and its BBCOR database carries Meta rows only for 2019/2020/2022 (never carried across years). One gap remains: Bat Digest's individual 2026 Meta review page resisted fetching, so a second score could still be hiding there — it stays Single-source until a fetched page proves otherwise. Two record corrections from this pass: Slugger's own listing calls the Meta two-piece (NPM described three-piece), and Slugger's list price is $499.95 vs the $449.95 in NPM's table — we show NPM's figure in the price line.

Players' Score — rated by players, not reviewers

Collecting the first ratings. The Players' Score is the community score: people who own this bat rating it themselves. It publishes only once this bat reaches 10 email-verified ratings — and it is always shown beside the Panel Score, never blended into it. The reviewers' verdict and the players' verdict — side by side, never mixed.

One rating per email per bat, tallied in checked batches — stuffing gets caught before anything publishes. Your email is never displayed. Durability is the category players know best and reviewers test least: if your bat cracked, say so.

Playing a bat we don't track yet? Add it on the Players' Score page — unlisted bats with the most ratings join the tracker next.
